Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
